Helping patients live their healthiest lives means providing the time and access for them to be clearly heard and thoroughly understood in life’s everyday and important moments. It’s also about taking a comprehensive approach to living intentionally.

That’s why my practice offers:

Comprehensive annual physical and ongoing medical support care

Membership in my online wellness program, FitForImpact

Discounted membership at Life Changing Fitness

Heart attack and stroke prevention program

Partnership and support to help you make lasting, healthy life change, and more.

Our commitment to comprehensive care.

Your wellness needs go beyond the doctor’s office — and we think your care should, too. That’s why we include a free membership in our FitForImpact wellness program ($14.95/mo value), as well as a discounted gym membership, in your monthly retainer.

24/7 access to your personal physician.

When the unexpected happens and you’re concerned or at your most vulnerable, I’ll be there to care for you. That’s why I give patients 24/7 access to me by email, text, Skype, FaceTime, and/or personal cellphone. I also provide:

Telephone consultations

After-hours and weekend office visits, if more than telephone or FaceTime is warranted

House calls in emergencies

Comprehensive annual physical and ongoing medical support care

A new standard in office visits.

Extended, relaxed office visits

Same day/next day appointments with minimal to no wait times in office

Minor laceration repair, minor skin biopsies, and cryotherapy for skin lesions

Hassle-free experience: no copays, deductibles, or other at-time-of-service billing

Comprehensive history and extended annual physical.

A one-hour comprehensive history and physical forms the basis for a long-term doctor-patient relationship with deep perspective. Patients will provide pertinent old medical records, a thorough family history, and a three-day nutrition diary one week prior to the appointment. The one-hour physical covers:

Prostate and well-woman exams

Nutrition and fitness assessment

Vision and audio testing

Screening for anxiety and/or depression

Routine lab tests

Screenings for bone density, ankle-brachial index (ABI) for vascular health in the legs

Updates to routine immunizations. Tetanus and influenza vaccines are covered.

If not up-to-date, we coordinate and schedule mammograms for ages 40+ and colonoscopies for ages 50+.

Thoughtful, preventive wellness care.

I strongly believe in what I call the “Fruits of Wellness.” When we as people incorporate Love, Joy, Compassion, Humility, Patience, Forgiveness, Faithfulness, and Self-Control into all areas of our lives, we become more fit, healthy, and impactful. As an avid believer in caring for the whole self, I offer patients a comprehensive approach to preventive wellness, including:

Heart attack and stroke prevention program

Complimentary membership in my online wellness program and community, FitForImpact

Discounted membership at Life Changing Fitness for $36.95/month + tax

Detailed coordination and follow-up.

Most of my patients’ needs can be met in our office or through telephone consultation and ongoing access to me. For those situations that require additional expertise, we offer assistance, including:

Hospital visits to act as your advocate with hospital staff and specialists; prompt in-clinic after-care

Prompt referral, coordination of care with a strong network of specialists

In-office follow-up to discuss specialist care plan

Coordinated care with physicians in other cities if required while you’re traveling

Pre-operative medical consultations
