Practical Positive Affirmation!

Try repeating this to yourself.  ” I am healthy, work out, and eat carefully.”  Start by repeating this to yourself for a total of an hour a day.  Repeat it during all of those mindless tasks that you do during the day.  After a week, repeat it for 15-20 minutes a day for a few months.  Create your own affirmation statement but make it positive, use the present tense, and make it specific for your desired change.
