The Elusive Sense of Contentment Part 1 of 5 (Gratitude)

Want to be Content and Happy?  We all feel down and frustrated at times.  Try doing 5 things everyday.  Start with this one first and make it a habit. We’ll talk about the others in days to come – just make this one a habit first. Take 2 minutes first thing in the morning (no more, nor less) and write down in a journal the details of one positive experience you had the day before.
